Approvals

DTCP, TS / TG RERA, LP and TLP references should be independently verified with the concerned authorities for the exact plot you select. A listing on this website is not a substitute for that check.

Enquiries and site visits

Offers and charges

Registration offers (including any “registration free” campaign) and Model Town-II admission, enrolment, allotment and extra-per-yard charges must be confirmed with the developer. Registration charges, where stated, are borne by the buyer unless the team confirms otherwise for a specific offer.
